That's
their apple pancake above. Like an apple pie, but
fluffier. I managed to down a little over half of
it. Chunks of apples, cinnamon glaze. Came
back a few days later for their German potato
pancakes. Coarse texture, almost as good as the ones
I made at home. They serve their's with apple sauce
and sour cream. A
Chicago area tradition since 1960 and a must eat when
you're in town.
