Whenever the sun is shining and Tony's in the mood he boils up a kettle of peanuts, bags them and sets up shop - usually alongside Charleston's historic Market Place.

Something happens when peanuts are boiled.  The flavor intensifies ten-fold.  Good eatin' found only in the south.

Tony has gone big time and now has venders out and about peddling his boiled peanuts.  That's one of them in the photo to the right.
