Toby's Cup is a fairly strange place.  The building's kind of odd shaped.  There's what a reporter in the Jersey Press called "the scary clown."  The customer area is raised and the kitchen is in a pit.  All kinda strange.  All the more reason to like it.

The hot dogs are great.  Deep fat fried, also strange for this part of Jersey (outside Philipsburg) and served with onions mustard and a wedge of dill pickle.  No chili or Texas wiener sauce at Toby's Cup.
