Swanky Franks deep fries their dogs.  For a quarter extra they'll split and grill them.  No need to spend that extra quarter. The fried dogs are perfectly crisp.

Toppings are on the counter - mustard, chopped onions, relish and a combination of hot mustard and relish that packs a nice kick.  That's how I garnished the dog to the left.

Their fries are fresh cut, but cooked in a single stage.  They also do burgers, chicken, sausages and other sandwiches.
