The Southside Market is the biggest barbeque market I've come across.  Pretty smart too.  They set up a Blue Bell Ice Cream dipping station - the Texas way to end any barbecue meal - assuming there is any room left for ice cream.

Southside does everything good, but they are justifiably famous for their Elgin hot sausage.  Good loose pack, a bit of a kick and plenty of smoke.

Southside, in one form or another, has been around for over 120 years.
