Rene defines hospitality.  A welcome as you arrive, and pat on the back and a handshake as you enter.  A lengthy discussion on what to order, and as much conversation as you want during your meal.

Traditional home cooking here.  Enchiladas Suize on my first visit and Queso Fundido and Fish Tacos on my second. My favorite may have been the tacos, but hard to say for sure.  Everything was great.
