I had heard about the great fresh cut fries at the Potato Bar, but not what kind of fries they are.  I had my heart set on the Belgian Frite twice fried style.  Turned out these where large crinkle-cut fries a la Nathan's.  Still good, especially when sprinkled with vinegar, but not frites.  My quest continues.
