The
shrimp cocktails and the ceviches at Picus came highly
recommended. I decided on a shrimp cocktail.
The waiter and I settled upon a medium shrimp cocktail
for someone of my bulk.
The medium was
indeed
enough. Served in an old fashioned sundae dish
almost as tall as a beer bottle. Plenty of shrimp
in a shrimp broth the consistency of simple syrup but
full of flavor. On top a nicely sharp cocktail
sauce. |
