Original Pancake House is a chain. But they are
one of the best. Each one seems to have a bit of a
local feel, too.
Not knowing what I
was getting into I ordered their specialty, the apple
pancake. It's baked, about the size of an angel
food cake, packed with apples, and a great soft texture
inside. Caramelized on the outside. Takes twenty
minutes to bake. I managed to eat about a third.
Because I was in
Buffalo, I had a side of kielbasa.
