A perfect stopping
place off I-40 between Nashville and Memphis. Good
down home fare, cooked to order. Some of the
friendliest waitresses in Tennessee. All in a 100
year old log cabin, originally a private home, but a
restaurant for the last 30 some years.
That's fried
chicken on top and chicken fried steak to the upper
right. To the right, buttermilk sides. Like
many a southern restaurant the sides are as good as then
entrees. We tried greens, creamed corn, fried okra
and mashed potatoes with milk gravy.
