I may have been in Chicago, but the place feels more like Twin Peaks.  Casting, both customers and counter help is definitely out of Twin Peaks.

But the burgers are great, with a good greasy hue to the bun tops.  The malts are real, and nice and thick.

And no need to worry.  At nights they use a metal detector, so leave your shotgun in the pickup.
