Don't you hate it when you're eating a Texas Wiener and the chili smears your sun glasses.   That's the difference between this North Jersey Wiener and the Texas Wieners I know from Philadelphia.  Johnny & Hange's chili is classic chili with beans, not a thin sauce for flavoring.

There's another big difference.  The dogs are fried in a deep fat fryer like the Rutt Hut.  Makes for a great crunchy skinned dog under the chili.

As the sign says, order them "All the Way" - topped with chili, mustard and onion.
