All things Chicago at Nashville's Hot Diggity Dog.  Chicago style hot dog - almost perfect but no poppy seeds on the bun.  Bratwurst.  Even Italian Beef - though I'm not sure the focaccia roll is all that authentic.  Good though.

Run by two ladies, at least one of which grew up in Chicago.  They've put together a great and popular hot dog joint.  If you don't believe me, ask them.  They're not shy about telling you so.  And they're right.
