I'm working on the assumption that the guy behind the grill is named Fred G.  If not, someone will soon correct me.  (2006:  Someone has.  The Fredgies is a combination of Fred and his wife Regina.)

Anyway, Fred has put it all together.  Retired from big league food service, he's doing what I want to do - a vending cart that can put out a great hot dog - a choice of a split and grilled Nathan's or boiled Sabrett's, served on a buttered, toasted potato bun.  A vending cart that can grill up a great cheeseburger, piled high with grilled onions and also on a buttered, toasted bun.

Fred used to set up summers in Maine and Florida the rest of the year.  For the time being, at least, you'll find him parked in a marina parking lot, just south of the causeway across the Inland Waterway to Route 1A.
