Maybe the best ribs
ever. Lots of meat on the bone, firm yet tender,
charred at the edge and a barbecue sauce screaming of
vinegar.
There are a few
Dreamlands around the South. This is where it all
began. Easier to track down if you have a GPS, but
well worth the effort no matter what. You know
you're there when you pull over the hill and see the
smoke pouring out of their chimney.
The menu is
limited. Rib plates in various sizes - I had the
sandwich, plenty for lunch, smoked sausage, beans, beer
and soda. I asked for greens and almost got
laughed out of the place.
