Roast
pork sandwiches undeservedly take a distant second to cheese steaks as Philadelphia's face-stuffing
staple. Tommy DiNic's Roast Pork Sandwich - slow
roast pork, dripping juice and topped with aged provolone, roasted
peppers and greens - is so good I didn't even know
he also sold roast beef sandwiches until I saw the sign as
I put together this web page. I'll probably never
get to try DiNic's roast beef. No way I'll walk path
his stand at the Reading Terminal Market without ordering
a roast pork sandwich. There is none better in
Philadelphia.
DiNic's
also sells hot sausage, veal scaloppini and chicken
marsalla sandwiches.
