"What's the difference between a Tomato Pie and a Pizza Pie?"

"Tomato pies are built the opposite of pizza pies.  First the cheese, then the toppings, then the sauce."

There are two De Lorenzo's.  Both rate 5 grease stains hereabouts.  This is the original.  Third generation running it now.

The pie to order is the basic tomato pie.  If you're still hungry, chase it down with a white clam pie.  The guy making the pies says the clam is better with sauce.  Liked what I had, but next time I'm listening to him.
