The Cornell Dairy Bar and Store is a Cornell Institution.  Run by the Ag School and its students, the dairy bar and store reaps the harvest from the school operated dairy farm.  Super rich ice cream with flavors above and beyond Ben and Jerry, all manner of cheese, even maple syrup.

I went for the Sticky Bunz ice cream which is described as "Creamy Cinnamon ice cream with rich roasted pecans and a gooey caramel sauce."
