The sign says barbecue, but Bryant's is all about breakfast.  For me, the Bryant's Breakfast Special - sausage patties, eggs, white gravy, grits and biscuits.  Country ham would have been a great choice too.

You order at the counter, search out a table, and they bring your breakfast to you.
