Maybe the best
mixed ceviche I've found on Isla. Mixed includes
shrimp, squid, octopus and fish - each finished
perfectly. Any mixture you want is fine by them.
I started with
gazpacho. Brisas's is made to order and just
before serving infused with red wine vinegar. A
light, mild-mannered gazpacho, and perfect on a warm,
sunny, Isla afternoon.
The band is a two
pice combo - keyboard and drums. They were fun and
having a great time themselves.
One thing you don't
find in many restaurants is a tattoo parlor. Just
the way to kill time between courses.
There is dining
both inside and on the sandy beach. Either place
is a good spot to watch the boats pass by.
