Blue Ash Chili has been dishing up some of the best Cincinnati style chili in town. Cincinnati style means relatively meek with a heavy hit of spices.  It comes all the way up to five ways.  I had three way with spaghetti and cheese.  Five ways adds beans and onions to the mix.

I also had to have a Classic Coney Dog.  Same chili over a basic hot dog.  It also comes with a similar mountain of cheese as the chili.

Texans, and most anyone else not from Ohio, will complain some, but I'm a fan of Cincinnati chili. Just don't go in expecting chili as served anywhere else.
