Bill Spoon's serves eastern style NC bbq in western bbq.  Eastern means no tomato (ketchup usually) in the sauce and the who hog is used, not just the shoulder.  Also means the cole slaw has a kick of mustard.

It's good eating and even the born and raised western NC'ers seem willing to pack the place come lunch time.
