A great and creative addition to the North Jersey Hot Dog scene.  Amazing Dog starts off with a quarter pound, all beef, natural casing dog that is slowly deep fat fried.  Their chili dog and the Amazing Dog which is wrapped with bacon are show above.  Other, more esoteric options, The Schmiero with creamed cheese and scallion, the Jersey Breakfast Dog with a fried egg and melted cheese and their inventive Hotburger Hamdog, cut to form a circle, served on a burger bun  and filled with anything from chili to guacamole.

More good news.  Their fries are fresh cut and twice fried.  Alas the fries are shoestring, but still better than the other North Jersey dog houses.
