One of these days I'll get to Turkey. Until then The Turkish Restaurant fills the bill and the Holly quite nicely. Above - Lahmacun, ground beef and onion spread on a hearth baked pita and rolled to eat. Other favorites, Ali Nazik - chunks of lamb on an eggplant past the consistency of mashed potatoes and Iskender Kebab - veal sliced like gyros on cubes of hearth baked Turkish bread and topped with yogurt. Great desserts too.
