Skinhead's has more than earned it's title, "The Breakfast House of the South." I find myself within 200 miles of Paducah and I'm going to figure out a way to have breakfast at Skinheads. You can smell the country ham a cookin' clear across the parking lot.

I always order the Alben Barkely, named for Harry Truman's Vice President and Paducah native son. A thick slice of country ham, three eggs, home fries, grits, red eye gravy, three biscuits and coffee, all for $6.95
