Any place cooking with 100 year old grease is guaranteed 5 Grease Stains before I walked through the door. It's the same grease Doc Dyer used when he opened the place in 1912. The grease is filtered every night, and added to as needed. The flavor stays and builds.
The burgers are served with mustard, onion and pickle on a basic burger bun. Single, double or triple. With or with out cheese. The hot dog is cooked in the same grease - might be special made for them. All beef, short and thick.
