Carl's uses one of the original frozen custard machines, dating back to the 1940's, to whip up their custard. Three flavors, vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Cones, cups or as a basis for shakes and sundaes.
Not only does Carl's serve up great frozen custard, they do it their unique way, using an ice cream scoop to fabricate a frozen custard cone. A few dips onto the cone and then a swirl of the wrist for the final dip to produce the classic, curly-cue tip
