Falls View refers to the Great Falls district of Patterson NJ where the original Falls View Grill started selling Texas Wieners 1949. They closed in the 80's. Some folks bought the name and reopened Falls View Grill in Pequannock in the 90's. A few more have opened since in the North Jersey area.

Falls view sells a traditional Texas Wiener. Ordered "all the way" it is deep fried and comes with mustard, chopped fresh onion and chili sauce. You can buy the fixin's to, and make your own.
