In South Philadelphia it's called a tomato pie and Cacia's bakes a great one.  Tomato and cheese.  Nothing more.  They also do white pizza, white with broccoli, and white with hot peppers.  Also, spinach and pepperoni stromboli, and an assortment of hearth baked Italian breads and rolls.
