There's a rule that holds constant just about everywhere.  Them church ladies sure know how to cook.

So it is every Friday at St. George Greek Orthodox Church.  Also at their annual festival every October.

I went for spanakopitta (spinach pie) followed up by lamb shank with a Greek Salad, ozzo and green beans cooked in tomato sauce.  Plenty more to choose from including Mousaka, Pasticcio, Athenian Chicken and miles of home baked desserts.
