A great joint to
fall into, for lunch, dinner or happy hour. All
sorts of beer on tap and a lot more bottles and cans in
the cooler.
I had heard great
things about their burger. Well deserved. A good size patty of local, grass fed beef, topped
with beer braised bacon, smoked cheddar and sautéed red
onions.
Back another time
for their roasted pork sandwich - sliced roast pork
aswim in au jus, provolone and charred long hot peppers.
Both sandwiches
come with a choice of steak fries or salad.
Refreshing to find a place that doesn't feel compelled
to serve shoestring fries. Had a local tomato and
mozzarella salad along the way. Also very good.
Friendly staff and
a talented chef who seems perfectly normal until you
start following his Twitterings.
