Scott Dogs is a pop-up hot dog cart serving very good hot dogs. Nothing fancy - a large, plump dog smoked locally to Scott's specifications, served on a warm bun, and topped with a mustard and relish blend.

Scott of Scott dogs is Chef Scott Schroeder, chef at both the South Philadelphia Tap Room and the American Sardine Bar.  Great food from both, but Scott seems happiest pushing dogs from his cart.

Scott hails from Detroit, so I'm hoping there will be a Coney Island sauce option coming soon. Maybe even bottles of Verner's ginger ale to wash it all down.
