Yummmmm, Chicken and Dumplings.  Yummmm again, Chicken smothered with gravy.  Stuffed cornish game hen, oxtails, silver trout.  Down home eating at down home prices.

Sassy's and I have a history.  I wanted to talk about them for the "Dinner and a Movie" (WXPN) segment on the recent Shaft movie.  "No way," I was told, "were they going to help support the soul food stereotype."  Good for them.  But soul food they do serve, and they serve it very well.
