Roscoe's is basically a soul food restaurant.  Good down home cooking.  Question is, where  do the waffles come from?  It's a Roscoe's thing - Chicken and waffles.  And it is one of those combinations that works. I want to get back and try the original Roscoe's in Hollywood.
