Their sign boasted "homemade chicken cutlets &
meatballs" and they weren't kidding. The cook
whipped up some egg wash, pulled a fresh chicken breast
from the refrigerator, breaded it and fried it to order.
Meatballs were made ahead a time, but equally as good.
Parking can be a
problem here. When the lot is full next door, the
auto salvage folks drop off some wrecks in Rita's lot.
