Another southern cafeteria, The Rails specializes in fried catfish.  It's the breading that does it.  Peppery, spicy, crispy.  Next time I'm going to pass by most of the other meats, and concentrate on the catfish.  The fried shrimp are good too, as are vast assortment of vegetables.
