This is fkin' hot chicken.  And I just ordered medium heat.  Options are none, mild, medium, hot, and extra hot.  I thought I was playing it safe when I ordered medium.  I should have listened to the nice lady taking my order, "That's kind of hot."  I will next time.  Never had anything hotter that I can recall.  But it was good.

I had a quarter of a chicken, thigh and drumstick.  It is pan fried and then the heat is added.  Served on a couple of slices of white bread - a good buffer to help cut the heat.

Had a side of beans too.  Good enough to make a meal on.  And also a great help to cut through the chicken's heat.

Prince's has been around for at least three generation.  And the fourth generation, age three, is starting to pitch in and help.

A word of caution to the guys.  You know how you're suposed to wash your hands after using the bathroom.  I learned the hard way, after a plate of Prince's medium chicken, wash your hands BEFORE using the bathroom too.
