Regional barbecue from around the US.  I tried the vinegary North Carolina style pulled pork, above, and pulled chicken with Pig Out's regular barbecue sauce, to the right.


They also do a smoked brisket and a Red Neck Cheesesteak - substituting smoked brisket for steak.  Guess what I'm ordering next.


Smoking happens off premises.  Wood smoking.  Hickory.
