Every year it's something different.
This year New Orleans restaurants joined to build the world's
longest oyster po-boy - running the entire 300 block of Bourban
Street. Each restaurant put its
own spin on their section of the po-boy - different dressings,
different ingredients - up to them.
Once everyone was finished, the po-boy was
cut into hundreds of sections - free to the spectators.
Took maybe an hour to build the po-boy. All gone in a
minute.
