According to one
Meyer's customer, their brisket is, "So tender you can
leave your teeth at home."
But Meyer is best
know for their sausages. That is their pork garlic
sausage above, in a sandwich and a piece of their beef
sausage. Both are outstanding, but I really liked
the pork garlic sausage. All sorts of flavor going
on.
