Coal oven pizza
from New York. In New York the lines are out the
door and down the block. That'll be happening here
soon. Lombardi's pizzas are that good.
The pizza on top is
a clam pizza. At Lombardi's that means a solid
coating of clams on top. Piled deep. To the
right a tomato pie, and below that a white pie.
All good.
Only difference
between NY and Philadelphia pizza's is the crust.
New Yorker's like their crusts blackened somewhat on the
bottom. We in Philadelphia don't. |
