We
were in Lincoln New Hampshire to take-in Clark's Trading
Post including basketball playing bears, contortionist
jugglers, a spinning house, and an old time steam train
that dead ends after being attacked by a wolf man.
An old time tourist trap that is a lot of fun and a great
way to spend a few hours. Alas
the cuisine at Clark's was not all that appealing, so we
ended up at the Landmark family restaurant. Home
cooking, home made desserts. That's a chicken pot
pie to the left and a New England classic, grape nut
pudding to the right. There must be a Greek or two
lurking about as the Landmark also offers a great mousaka
and a very good spanakopeta (spinach pie).
