I've gone full circle.  In Chicago I ate at a burger joint with a metal detector at the door.  Here at KJs they politely request that criminals leave their guns in the car. Those licensed to carry, are welcome to carry.

No need to pack a weapon here.  Nice folk in the dining room.  Nice folk doing the serving.  Good food to keep everyone happy and law abiding.

I hade the breakfast special - a couple of pork chops, eggs over easy, hash browns or home fries and toast or biscuits.  Had to have a side of sausage gravy.

For larger eaters who like a challenge there's the Fat-n-Skinny - four pounds and $15 worth of breakfast. Two half pound sausage patties, four slices of cheese, 8 ozs of home fries, grilled onions and peppers, sausage gravy and four sunny side up eggs sandwiched between two Belgium waffles. Comes with a T-shirt that need not be consumed. The Fat-n-Shinny is free if you eat it in the allotted time limit. 

The pies are home made. That's peach, above.  I suspect they'll throw in a free slice if you finish off the Fat-n-Skinny.
