Jerry's started out
as a '68 Chevy selling oysters out of the trunk. A
few years later the Chevy turned into a step van and the
menu expanded to steamed crabs, spiced shrimp, oysters
and clams. Eventually they moved into a restaurant
where Jerry introduced the "Bomb" a giant crab cake - 10
oz of giant lump crab seasons with Old Bay seasoning and
pan sauteed.
I actually went for
the "Fire Cracker Bomb" - as above but with fresh ground
pepper and dry mustard thrown in - a nice kick.
Started with Crab Bisque and had a side of stewed
tomatoes - Jerry's mom's recipe and very good.
