Took
me a while to find Jackson's Family Restaurant.
Started out for breakfast around 8 AM and ended up at
Jackson's a couple of hours later. My first
choice, in nearby Huntsville had burned down and Lime
Quarry Road kinda disappears and then reappears.
Took some searching out.
My reward - the
best country ham I have happened upon with the exception
of the Beaumont Inn in Kentucky. A large, thin,
perfectly grilled slab with a side of red eye gravy for
sopping and slurping.
This is what
HollyEats.Com is all about. Seek long enough and
you'll eat well, very well.
