I'm willing to bet Jack's building started out life as a Burger Chef - a hamburger chain long gone.  Since 1972, though, Jack's has been grilling up burgers that would put any national chain to shame.  They grind them fresh each day, using the ideal blend of brisket and round.  Tasty, juicy burgers - your choice 1/3 or 1/2 lb.  Mine was a perfect medium rare.
