The pickins on lower Duval Street, Key West's main drag for tourists, were looking bleak until I happened upon Island Fries.  Fresh cut fries not only twice fried, but thrice fried.  Count em, fried three times.  Once to blanch.  Once to cook and once to finish fry to order.
