The burgers are named after musicians.  I went for the Buddy Holly Burger - a cheeseburger, loaded.

The peppered onion rings are big, Texas big.  Two filled one of those plastic sandwich baskets.  Ground pepper in the breading gave it a nice kick.

Wednesday is two for one night, meaning I got two burgers.  Ate one, brought one back to the motel desk clerk.

If there's a line, and there is one on Wednesdays, there are usually seats available at the bar.
