Glenda is serious about breakfast service ending at 10 AM during the week.  A regular came in at 9:58.  "You better order now."  There is a reason behind the rule though - Glenda's Cafe does a lot of lunch catering for the local plants and needs to start cooking.

"Everything is cooked from scratch."  Pies, soups, all the specials and sides.  Real home cooking.

The pancakes on the right - those are small pancakes that come with the sausage and eggs.  There are also Texas size pancakes when ordered separately.
