pip of a restaurant. Yup, the opening sentence was
written before I stepped through the door. Actually
I ended up here because it's one of the few Atlanta down
home cooking spots open relatively late at night during
the week. But
good eating it is. Fried chicken, greens, mac and
cheese and a bowl of dipping gravy. For dessert,
sweet potato cheesecake, dripped with caramel. All
around good eating. Alas
neither Gladys nor any Pips were there that night.
